- add new config var at houseConfig.json "closeDoorsAtServerRestartAfterSeconds"
This var was earlier hard set to 30 seconds. It must be higher the 1 seconds.
This value controls. when the real estate mod close the doors after the server has complete stated.
This is needed in some cases for waiting loading placed house on the map. If you not have such houses you can set it nearly 1.
