- implemented webhooks steamid filter to only send webhooks related to a specific player (this is a preparation for the next Admin Tools update to have a webhook for just a single admin if you wish to setup the logging like that)
- you can manage the steamid filter ingame through the admin menu
- verbose logging now prints the inheritance tree of all items to find mods breaking the inheritance of objects

- can put the vehicle back into the garage it was parked out or a special configured garage
- set fees for buying back the impounded vehicles
- set time penalties before a player can buy back the vehicle to prevent abuse of the feature
- impounded vehicles ignore the max vehicle count when parked in, but you can set an additional fee when this happens to prevent further abuse of the system
- set different penalties for ruined vehicles
- All options can be edited ingame through the ingame admin settings menu

- bullet type was not properly restored for bullets in magazines
